The location was perfect and magnificent, within a close distance from All Saints' Church. The restaurant was good and the breakfast was more than adequate with pastries and a nice view, for example.

Homey and modest accommodation with pleasant staff from housekeeping to management.

Great and beautiful location within walking distance of all sites, extremely close to Via Veneto Street.

Marvellous, favourable location to almost everything you 'll want to see. Affable and outstandingly accommodating staff from housekeeping to management, airy quadruple room.

Our accommodation was set in a central location close to two restaurants, Scalinata Di Spagna With Lift From Metro Station, and all the main shops and approx 20 minutes walk to the Roman Forum & Coliseum and other major attractions. 

Totally real good stay during our visit. More than adequate breakfast, with good cereals, pastries, yogurt, and eggs.

Central location, relatively near an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain. Recently upgraded and contemporary room with coffee and climate control, and amazing view across the skyline of Rome from it.

Booked a double room, that was provided with balcony and a bathtub, as for instance. Magnificent central location near to local restaurants and shopping, bars, cafes and restaurants, and wonderful shopping.  

Great and fantastic location for visiting bars and restaurants. More than adequate and absolutely fantastic breakfast with great view for all tastes.

I greatly enjoyed this property - safe and homey hotel.

Booked a room with pleasant views across the skyline of Rome. The bathroom was large, with a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet. Location: the hotel was near to many nicer restaurants, the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon 

Great location near famous attractions, restaurants, and a taxi rank. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Breakfast had a wide selection of items. Room had a lovely decor, effective air conditioning, comfortable beds, and a mini bar. a perfect stay in a convenient spot. 

All clear and all new.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Scalinata Di Spagna, we loved the location of this hotel is was easy to travel around rome. The staff was very engaging and always helpful. We would definately would return to this historical hotel.
